Hello,
I am facing the following issue.
I have been using ITDN since 2015 release and it worked quite well till those last days.
I was using ITDN with stop at signal with good results.
I have not run trains since few weeks as we were doing some works on the layout.
Meanwhile I did install release 2015.1 and 2015.1.b.
At restart those days trains are not stopping at signal but a good 0.5 to 0.7m later.
I did recalibrate the locs but no change in the propoerties and now it is impossible to not go beyond the signal by a big distance while when copling or uncopling machines inthe same area using profiles I still have good distances.
Could it come from the last releases?
If I do uninstal and reinstall 2015 without the 2015.1 and 2015.1.b releases, will my backup files still work or will they be corrupted?
Then shall I need to reinstall 2015.1 before 2015.1.b or can I go straight to 2015.1.b ignoring 2015.1?
Attached a picture of my ITDN I have the same issues with the other lanes.
Regards.
Hello ebarra,
you can not open the data saved within 2015.1 directly in 2015.0, because the program will not allow it. You can try if it works after deleting project.xml in the project directory. But I can not gurantee it will work.
>Could it come from the last releases?
I can just say we did not make any changes to the iTND stopping in 2015.1(b). Code identical to 2015.0.
Regards
Markus
Helo Markus,
Thanks for your answer.
more questions about Itdn:
Can you tell me how the Itdn manage the feed back sensors in the system?
I really dont get what is happening there as we had no changes in the programming and all the trains I have tested does behave the same in the routes I tested.
Regards.
Hello Eric,
you wrote that you made some work on the layout. Did you change the power? Maybe you have now more voltage on the tracks. That would explain the situation.
Hi Stefan,
I was working on implementing faller car system on the layout.
Regarding the power supply:
We have the possibility to adapt the input voltage of the intellibox.
I did try to increase then decrease this voltage.
One Loco was recalibrated using marion zellerr roller bench 15 steps speed
and no change in the machine behavior.
In conclusion: i can not stop train at proper distances even if recalibrated with ITDN but when doing coupling or un oupling manouvers the stop distances of profiles are still valid? Weird.
Additional question : Should in the route start/ destination index the destination contact adress appear in blue if it is a itdn?
Regards.
Issue is solved,
I do not know how, but one of the Uhlenbrock feed back modules was delaying the on signal on all his entries.
I just had to reset it.
Regards.
Hi Eric,
good you found it!
