Hello!

I installed the new 2021 today, in the same directory as 2018 version (as per quick-start info).  All seemed fine.  I updated program data from the web, too.

The office version starts OK.  But the layout-version will not start.  When I try to start it, the start-centre just re-appears, without starting the layout-version.  Is there maybe some configuration I need to change?  My 2018 version worked perfect, and I did no changes before upgrading to 2021.

Any help/suggestions?

Hi Per,

please uninstall WDP. Then look for the setup on the WDP stick. Make a right mouse click and chose "install as administrator", this is important even if you are already logged in on your computer as admin. Unfortunatelly Windows often requires this way of installation.
