Hello.

I have installed the 2018 premium version (upgrade).  All seemed ok.  Office-version starts as normal.  But my Layout-version will not start.  When I click on the layout-version in Startcenter, the startcenter disappears but re-appears again.  If I click it a second time, it disappears and not re-appear.

What have I done wrong this time...?

PS:  I uninstalled it and re-installed it, too.  Same problem still..

please uninstall WDP again and this time make a right click on setup.exe and chose "install as administrator" even if you are already logged in on your computer as as admin.

Search the startcenter.exe inside the WDP directory and run it once with administrator rights

Thank you.  I did, and it started OK.

But it still does not start if I start the Startcenter from the normal Startcenter 2018 icon, as it did before with 2015.  What have I done wrong..?

Please delete the Startcenter Icon from the Desktop.

Goes into the WDP directory and make a Copy from the Startcenter.exe. After this, go to Desktop and insert the Startcenter as a Link.
I think that should be help.

I re-installed once more (as administrator) Next I changed the startcentre icon on the desktop to "Run as administrator".  Now it works (asks to run as admin at every startup).
