Turn loco to RED at end of tour?

Hello.

I know how to allow only 3 locos, or dis-allow 3 locos, in a route, and how to make it RED when arriving at destination.
But how can I make ALL locos turn RED at the end of the route?  I have several routes where many different locos should stop, and turn to RED.  Can this be done for ALL locos in a route?
