switch wagons lights ON or OFF during an automatic tour

Hi everyone,
Is there a way of realising that scenario using automatic tour :
- train (loc+wagons) stopped on a sidding track with parking lights on
- before living the sidding, front lights of the loc swithes on ... until there I found how to do it 
- train arrives and stop in the station and than the wagons lights have to be switched on
I've looked around and around but didn't find how to do that. Missed I something
