Check for Tours at Contact xxx

WDP 2015. When "Check next Tour at Contact xx" is activated in Start/Break/Destination under Routes Editor, does it mean that this Tour will always be activated when the given contact is activated. If not, what is the purpose of this possibility ?
When I activate this box (with a contact other than the default), SOMETIMES the next Tour is only activated when the present default Tour contact is reached. I hope I have not made that to complicated ?

i.e. With "Check next Tour at Contact = 100", sometimes on my sytem the next Tour would be activated at 105, where 100 is my wish and 105 is the default contact.

Am I doing something wrong ?

this text is correct translated from German, but even in German the text is not really accurate. I´ll change the text in German to "Prüfe nächste Fahrstraße innerhalb Zugfahrt am Kontakt:". In English: "Check next route within tour at contact:".

So this contact is the contact within a route used in a tour when the next route within the tour will be checked the first time.
