BiDiB feedback

The ST4 modules of BiDiB https://www.fichtelbahn.de/st4_index.html include four inputs for the feedback (pins on the board), and also have an option to connect one GBM16T train occupancy detector for 16 rails.
In WDP feedback the four inputs on the board report busy/free status at the same inputs of the first four rail inputs.
Something like this:
inputs on the board   1   2   3   4
rail inputs           1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9  10  11  12  13  14  15  16

Is there any way to separate it and make a use of all 20 feedback inputs through ST4?

I intend to use Open Car-System and would like to know if the battery level and speed returned by the car devoders can be received and used in Windigipet?
