Speedcat Plus

Hi.
i am a new user of WDP2018 Premium.
Have recently bought a KPF Zeller SpeedCat Plus and connected to my PC at COM6.
Driver is downloaded and installed with success.
I have tried to connect to the COM6 port in PORTS in WDP and in the system settings to.
I have also tried none of the above. The manual says no connections in the system settings.
When I try to do a Speedtest in WDP there is no Km/h shown. All works perfectly except the Km/h readings.
There is a green light in the SpeedCat and it flashes when the system is started and no alerts.
But still no km/h reading. I have chosen the right settings in the speedtest.
What to do next?

I use Marion Zeller's speed cat, which is also a device with a USB connection.
I do not see the speed cat in the port monitor either.  But the thing does work (at least for me) I would look if the speedcat appears in the device management under Human divice, there it should appear when it is plugged in. I have added some screen captures ( it is in Dutch ) . The Marion zeller is marked with yellow

@Rupert: the Speedcat plus connection is not comparable to the Speedcat (without plus) and the Marion Zeller speed cat.

For the Speedcat plus it is absolutely correct, that you need register this in the system settings with the according COM Port number.

@Brian: is it working with the Software provided by KPF Zeller?

Yes i have installed the driver from KPF Zeller and it was successfully installed. Windigipet2018 kan se the SpeedcatPlus but there is no km/h readings. Can my SpeedCat be faulty???
When i press start in the speedtest it works perfectly it does everything, speedup the lokomotive and so on BUT NO KM/H READING and sets the reading to 0.
I have tried not to register Speedcat in the system settings and WDP could not se the Speedcat.
I am in a dialog with KPF Zeller as well. Maybe it is faulty after all.
