Is the WDP 2021 available?

I'm confused. Is the WDP 2021 already available or not? I see posts on the forum which make impression that many have received new version. I sent email last Saturday with details according to the info on https://www.windigipet.de/foren/index.php?page=menu_de_0401_00_00_page_order
and still no any response. Is there a long waiting time or some kind of disaster in high number of orders?
