Timetable basics

Hi all

I am a very happy WDP 9.2 user and have basically been running my layout (http://huttel.dk/marklin") with the random RM automation. I now feel ready to try on Timetables and also the new "Zugfahrten automatik". Does anybody know where it is possoible to get some general help or Tips&Tricks in regard to starting on Timetables etc.? What to be aware of and how to get the best possible solution?

w.r. to 'Timetable-Automatic' I suggest to have a look at Workshop #13 which pretty good describes this automatic.

When you have already used the RM-Automatic then it should be quite easy to start with the Tour-Automatic (Zugfahrten)as well. Simply 'Import' your RM-configuration (Automatic by demand contacts).

In my opinion there are no 'hints' for all possible solutions, because all three automatic modes gives you the opportunity to cover all requirements.
As a general suggestions I recommend to start 'flat&easy' which means Step-by-Step to see and learn how each automatic works. Build on this experience the complexity comes on its own.
If you get stuck in a problem or special requirement simply describe (in detail) what you would like to do and this forum will surely provide you with some (individual) hints and suggestions how to configure your requirement.
