INSTALLATION WDG 9.0 error "11" division by zero / Incompatible type

Hallo 
I wish install WDG on my new PC through an adaptator ATEN. It doesn't work because I can't open the window Configuration of the system, so I can't eventually change the number of Port Com, I always obtain the following message :
-Incompatible Type
-Execution Error "11" division by zero
Could you help me please, thank you by advance

Ok, we should delete the registry entry of your Win-Digipet project name. Thereafter you hace to re-entry all system-settings.
1° Click on START inside the Windows menu
2° Click on EXECUTE and type in : Regedit
3° You see the windows registry editor window
4° Click on HKEY_CURRENT.USER>>>>SOFTWARE<<<VB AND VBA PROGRAM SETTINGS
5° Here you'll find your actual name f.e. LAYOUT1
6° Kill this project name completely

7° Restart Win-Digipet
IT HAS SUCCEEDED !!!
