Lenz Li-USB

Hi there i am new on here.
I have just bought a Lenz USB interface and have connected it to my computer, i have the win-digipet pro x.3 and allthough the Lenz USB will control the engines on track with lenz Li fahrpult the win-digipet does not recognise the com port and will not operate the track system.
I did get the win-digipet to recognise the Lenz USB but it lasted only a short time and now does not recognise it at all. anyone any ideas what if any i am doing wrong

Hi tainspotterr,

when the complete Lenz-Software including the usb-to-serial-driver is installed, the computer must have a special com-port , i.e. "Com 3" that is used by Windigipet to access the interface. You can find the Com-Port using the Windigipet-Application "interface finder" oder something like that.

When Using the interface by Windigipet, alle Lenz-Applications using the interface must be closed, also the "Li-Server".

This Com-Port (i.e. "Com 3") must be selected in the "system-settings" of Windigipet while the Option "Lenz over ip" must be deactivated and Baudrate is 57600.
