English update 2009.4

Can we expect update 2009.4 for English version? I downloaded Win-Digipet Mobile to my iPhone, and this is not working with 2009.3 as described in related topic http://www.windigipet.de/foren/index.php?topic=64197.0
By the way, in 2009.3 English version there are locomotive function labels in German, even in previous version had been in English. Not a big issue, just to include in new update.
