Lok-programmer..
« am: 23. Januar 2016, 08:31:34 »
Hello.

I just read:
"Win-Digipet 2015 Premium Edition
The complete program with automatic operation. With 370 locomotive pictures.  Incl. Win-Digipet Loco-Programmer. On USB stick. With english quick start guide on stick. English manual and online help will become avaiable circa in autumn 2015"

Is this correct?  Is the loco-programmer included in my USB-stick?  I would like that :)  I am not at home this week-end so I cannot check this.

Regards,
Per.

Hi Per,

Of course. It is part of the main program.

Click on the Win-Digipet symbol in the control of a locomotive. Select the menu item for programming a locomotive.

That's it.

Markus

Hello Markus.

Fantastic!  Very good.  I did not know that...  I definitely will try it.  Will it also program MFX-decoders when I have a Tams conttroller (modified for mfx-running) ?  Today I use the ESU lok-programmer, but that does not work with Marklins MFX decoders.

By the way, is the english manual getting closer..?  I know it is much work, but it would help me a great deal..  I try my best (and think I am getting much better :) ) with the german manual, and I also get great help when I do not understand everything there, but still..

Best regards, and thanks for all excellent help !
Per.

Hi Per,

Tams MC and MFX-programming:
you can only change the settings which are available via Motorola-programming mode. Real MFX-programming is only available with Märklin CS2 or Can-Digital CC-Schnitte and Mobile Station 2/Gleisbox. No other devices have the needed commands included in their protocol.

Manual:
Closer, yes. But I do not make any promise when it will be finished. I am working on this nearly every day, but we never had to make such many new translations before. So it is still a lot of work.

Regards
Markisu
