Grayed out symbols after starting WDP

Hello,

I recently started WDP after about a week of not playing with the trains and noticed that some of the symbols are grayed out (not active?) on the diagram,  But when I click on them they do work and become active again.  Am I missing something?  I recently switched over to the latest update but it did not happen until about the third or fourth time I started WDP.

Did I miss an additional update?

I did have to reinitialize the CS2 once after I started the program.  I did not notice if the symbols were there before the reinitialization. 

I have attached my track diagram.

For all those who don't understand German, make a reset of all solenoids than it works again.
