Installation problem WDP2015.2 with ecos 50200

Dear All

I am tying to install WDP 2015.2 premium edition on my windows 7 64 bit professional PC with sp1 / 4gb of ram. When I try to connect to my ecos 50200 via a direct Ethernet crossover cable with a static IP address (ecos 10.0.0.3 / pc 10.0.0.2) (TCP-Port 1 = 15471). The digital system icon shows red and when I click "init system" I get a "run time error 2147319779 (8002801d) Automation error. library not registered" and WDP crashes and my windows desktop is shown.
My old copy of WDP 2009 works fine with the same configuration and also the demo copy of WDP 2015 also works fine.
I have reinstalled Windows 7 and reinstalled WDP 2015.2 and I still get the same error. My ecos firmware is version 4.1.4

-   Unpack WDPRegister.NET.exe to your WDP folder
-   call this EXE
-   Select the WDpnetmod.exe within your WDP folder
-   Press Registrierung aufheben
-   Press Registrieren afterwards
