connecting and setting FB with S88

 Dear All

I am starting to set the FB in my lay out.
my lay out is:
27 Marklin trains
around 90 meters of rails (C & K)
around 60 turnouts
Uhlenbrock 2 controller
windigipet 2009  11.1.117
My FB decoders are LDT

after setting the fist 8 FB for testing, the red zons in the drawing are blinking
as i know from 2 other frinds on their lay outs it is not.

Please advice what can be the resons
