Can windigipet program a markilng msd3 decoder? Can it download sounds from the marklin website?

Hello Juan Carlos,

yes it is possible to programm Märklin Mld and Msd Decoders with the WDP-Programmer, but it depends also on your Digital Center .

To change Decoders in MFX Mode you need a Märklin Central-Station 2 or 3 .
Also possible is it with "CC-Schnitte" from Can-Digital-Bahn!

changing the Soundfiles is only possible with the Märklin Decder-Programmer 60971 an the MDT Programm !

Loading sounds from the Märklin Homepage and bringing them to your Decoder  only possible with  MDT Software!

Changing Soudfiles need always a special Programmer from the Decoder manufacturer!

I have a Marklin central station but it is not the 2 or 3.
From your answer I get that it would not work for programming. Is that right?

Hello Juan Carlos,

It should work with the normal Cv`s for V-max / min , acceleration decerleration etc. ,but not for changing the soundfiles!

If it does not work under MFX it would be possible under MM2!
