Printed manual shipped with WDP Pro X.3 English premium version?

Hi,

I just received my English premium version of WDP Pro X.3 from Viessmann.  I was expecting to find a printed copy of the manual inside, but there was nothing there except the CD and a product registration postcard.  I like to have a printed copy so I can mark useful pages and make notes in the margins, but don't want to print out the massive pdf file.  Am I missing something - literally?

Hello Mr. Lang,

sorry, but all international versions come always only with online help and manual on the CD.
Because of the sells it isn't worse to produce printed manuals

Thanks, that's what I thought.  Just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing anything I'd paid for.
