Avoiding slowdown sections in profiles when next block is free

Hello,

I have set up some profiles where a train will come to a gradual halt in front of a signal using five contacts:

Start, two intermediate, brake, and stop contact

The train gradually slows down till it reaches the stop contact as it should when the next block is occupied, but when the next block is not occupied it still slows down at the intermediate contacts (speed reduction in the profile) but continues on after reaching the brake contact.  I have made the check contact the first of the intermediate contacts for the next block.

Am I doing something wrong?  How can I have the train continue without speed reduction at the intermediate contacts?

Thanks in advance.

Elliott

Hello again,

I think I found the answer here:   http://www.windigipet.de/foren/index.php?topic=61810.0

I think I have to change the braking contact as well as the test contact (pruefkontact) to the first intermediate contact point.  I will try this today after work.

Hope it works.
