Uhlenbrock 63350 nafter 20 modules, 21 modules does not work

Dear all,
I am having a problems with Uhlenbrock 63350 connect to LocNet and IB. I have installed 20 modules (63350 every module has partitions for 8 contacts) but still within a singol module. I also registered all the module within System settings, feedback modules. I am not new in the world of Uhlenbrock and IB but this is the first time that I reach 21 modules and I am afraid there is something I have not done properly, therefore I cannot continue to build my layout.

Hello Filiberto,

I'm not familiar with your modules but if I read the information in the Internet correctly each modul has 16 feedback contacts. WDP works with 8 feedback contacts per modul. So you have to enter 42 modules for your 21 modules. Did you do that?

thank you for your answer.
I am working on WDP Pro X. 3 and IB IR. I have already installed 10 Uhlenbrock 63350 in my layout without any problems. All of them are fully recorded within WDP => System settings => feedback modules. In fact each "start module" number in WDP is two modules of the 63350, basically so far I have connected 160 feedbacks to the C tracks without any problems at all. I am now facing a very strange problem, wheres it looks like WDP does not recognise the 11th module (from feedback 161 to feedback 176). I have also charged the 63350 in case there was any problem, but also with the second one there are no signs of connection. I really appreciate to get help, as I never had this problem with the previous 10 modules and fuylly reconded and well working on my layout. Due to the large number of feedbacks needed in my layout, I might reach easily 300 needed, this is a huge problem and does not allow me to continue my construction.

what does your IB say? Does it show the feedbacks? If not WDP of course can't show them neither.

my IB shows the number of the feedback (21) and when pushing the red light on the feedback, it also recognize the programming, however it is not recognize by the WDP. how can it test it ? As mentioned before, I installed already 10 modules without any problem at all, but now I have this very strange situation.

Hello Filiberto,
I'm a little bit confused. How many real feedback modules do you have, 11 or 21?  And I didn't understand about your test at the IB.

There should be a tool with witch you can test the feedback contacts.

Another idea: change the last module with another one. What happens?

I have already installed 10 modules (equal to 160 feedbacks), due to the fact every feedback needs two modules in IB, then in WDEP I have recorded 20 modules, the last one I wanted to install was the number 21 module but it did not work., I also changed the 63350, same result, WDP does not recognize it, What to do ?

sorry Stefan to be very precise, I have already installed 10 of 63350 equal to 20 modules in DWP, I wanted to install the number 11 of 63350 equal to feedback 21 in WDP, but iut does not work, I also changed for another 63350 (I have  quite few of them) but no result, how to test if WDP reads the 63350 ?

first of all I thank you for your answers during these days, today I called Uhlenbrock directly and they explained to me an easy way to program the 63350 module, directly from the IB, which recognizes only the feedbacks but not the module.
The module can still be programmed with locnet prog from the IB however will not have an impact on the feedbacks.

After my telephone conversation I am back now to work on my layout after couple of days of finding the solution.
In the future I will definitively need your help for the WDP software.
