Program updates

I have just received the Win-Digipet 2015 Premium Edition and installed it over the weekend and is new to WDP.

During start of the program I'm informed that program updates are available to download. After creation of the first project I check for updates via WDP and get a list of total 955 updates.

I select all and press install selected. In the "Meldungen" window all updates are indicated with "-> OK", so everything looks fine.

After restart of the program the same  information pops up with updates available and checking the now available updates show all 955 again - ergo no updates has been installed.

How can I get the program updates installed ?

I by the way also tried to download the update file and update from file to no avail.

Hello Jan,

we differ between two kinds of updates: the program update and the data update. Your popup information concerns the program not the data. Actually currently there is no program update. I don't know why you get this information. Recently we had another user with the same. Strange!  You can suppress this info in the options in the startcenter.

Concerning the data update that you made: WDP will always show all of the files. But of course after the first update all of the files should be marked as updated. What does this window look like? Maybe you can add a screenshot.

I'm talking about the "Start program update data" under the "Option/Help".

Is the attached the screen shot you what to see ?

I don't see where I can suppress this in the Option as you mention.

Hello,

in the first screenshot you can read that there are 0 new, 0 changed and 955 identical files. That means that you are up to date. There's no more to do.

In the second window unhook the option to the right "Check for new Windigipet version at startup".
