Laufzeitfehler 3021

When I answer Yes to prompted "Track Diagram changed" for the automatic check the I get the error message "Laufzeitfehler 3021". This happens even if I start a complete new project with no setting etc from previous projects. As stated in he german Forum I have tried the "Repair database function" as well as deleting wdprofile.mdb?

Has anyone a good idea of how I can get the program to work again?

In addition to the above I have also removed WDP entirely, disabled virus protection and reinstalled WDP2015;

I then create a new track in the editor and close the editor and If I answer yes to the question on analysis (now that the track plan has changed) then I get "Laufzeitfehler 3021". No current record.

As I assume this is a run-time error I am wondering what "current record " is missing?
