 Locomotive decoder address is not displayed.

Hello Forum,
what are the basic rules that a loco decoder address is shown in a single train display.
In the screen shot some work but and there are some persistent ones that stay on black.
Even entering the data literally from a working one does not offer a solution.
any suggestions are welcome
