All versions are delivered with the online help (F1 key) and a complete manual on the USB stick in PDF format. The USB stick is hardware-coded and write-protected!

For all updates, please return the old original CD or, after version 2015, the USB stick to my address for exchange'.
It is sufficient to return the CD without the manual by registered mail.

Prices include 19% VAT plus shipping costs of €7.00 for domestic orders and €17.00 for international orders.

The new version will be sent by post after the old CD/USB stick has been returned.
We recommend sending it in a padded envelope, as there is a risk that the USB stick could get lost in the post office during the sorting process if a thin standard envelope is used. Please send it as a normal letter or as a registered letter with postage paid. Consignments with the registered delivery (if necessary, also with one-handed delivery/return receipt) delay our receipt and thus also the return, as we may not be there when the postman comes and thus only receive the consignments at the post office the next day.
